Account shows over limit even though I have a subscription

i have buy  a package from you paying 19$ monthly  for a plan with 1000 submition and illimited storage

and now now is disabled without any Waring !!! so please enable my account now or i will ask my money back

I checked you account and it looks like the cancellation for your previous Storage subscription caused your account to downgrade to Free.  I restored your Bronze subscription and your forms are usable once again.
