Hi my account has been disabled even though I have an app that automatically deletes all submissions. This has happened before. How do I get the upload space to stop filling up and disabling my account? I am expecting several more submissions with large upload files in the next few days. Thank you.

Your File Storage counter has failed to reset, but I have just fixed it for you. The reset should be automatic as soon as you delete the submissions/files. The app is working for me so I think this was just a cache. Let us know if this happens again.
