May I know if you are still having problems on this? I tested my Firefox browser but was not able to replicate the problem. Here's a screencast of it:
Were you referring to the general save button for the form builder or the Form Designer Tool?
It is possible that your session might have ended/expired while editing your form, which causes the form builder's save button to be stuck. To check, you can simply open a new tab and navigate to www.jotform.com, see if you are still logged in. Also, the form builder auto saves your changes on the form, unless you disabled that feature, so the most recent changes should at least still be displayed in your end, if not, then they should show up in your form's revision history.
Could you please try refreshing your page? If it doesn't fix the problem, please let us know.
