Hello, I have been getting emails that people are submitting to my form, but I am not receiving them—please help us solve this! I have even done tests myself to confirm it.

I checked your form and saw that it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from rocketmail.com is
I removed your email from the Bounce list and you will be able to receive submissions to your email now.
