I have Employee Information/Application Package with 6 forms. I want to receive only one Report with all data input in CSV Excel fields. is it possible with JotForm?

Each of our forms will always collect its responses on its own submissions page (its own CSV or Excel files). This means that if you have six separate JotForm forms, each of them will display its collected responses on its own separate Excel or CSV file.
We do however have an app that allows you to combine submissions from several forms into a single CSV file, and this application can be found here:
You can simply use our Combine Submissions app whenever you need to get the combined submissions file from all of your forms. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
