    Unable to edit my forms

    Thanks that worked!  

    I've run into another issue. When I choose a form in my forms and click on edit, the form comes up but then when I click on a section in the form, it no longer is letting me edit it.  I can right click in the section and do a few things but then it won't save it? I get a message box that pops up on the lower left that states "Jotform now uses integrated square" or something like that.

    How do I get my editing status back?

    Your account is in a good standing. It sounds like there might be some issues with javascript processing in your browser or some content is not loading properly.

    Could you please try the form builder in any other browser or incognito window?

    Hi Mike. I tried pulling up JotForm with a different browser and incognito in Chrome, but it didn't help. My co-worker can get in and edit just fine. I will have my I.T. Dept. look into javascript processing for me and see if that is the problem.

    Hi Mike.  My I.T. Department updated my JavaScript but that still didn't help.  I then logged out of JotForm in Chrome Browser and logged in in I.E. and now it is working again.

    You may also try clearing cache and cookies in Google Chrome to see if that makes any difference.
