Do Freshbooks invoice creations count as "payments"?

Hello! I'm wondering how exactly the Freshbooks integration works, or how it is counted. If I set it up and use a form to generate a Freshbooks invoice, does this count as one "payment" per submission according to your account rules? Or are payments really only if I had Stripe or something set up and actually used the Jotform form to process it? Thanks!

The only ones that counts toward  your payment limit are the Payment Fields. So, you need to create your payment form first:
