A client's gmail inbox filled up so that the jot forms couldn't be delivered earlier this week.
On Wednesday, the client made room in the gmail inbox, but now she can't receive emails from Jotform to that account.
She gets all her other emails, so can you fix a setting or help us with this?

I checked emails associated with that form. Some of them ended in bounce list and the reasons are below:1. email@example.com Reason(s) : smtp; 452-4.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is
The rest of the emails are not in the Bounce list.
I would like to advise you to check this guide on how to prevent this kind of issues and also to whitelist our domains.
