Can you please confirm the downgrade is properly done

    I tried to downgrade the plan to the free one,  but I see still appears in the bronze one. 

    Can you please confirm the downgrade has been done properly?

    Your subscription for our Bronze Monthly plan has been cancelled, and your account is scheduled to downgrade back to free status tomorrow - on 2016-09-24.

    From what I'm seeing on our dashboard, your subscription is successfully cancelled.
