Received an email to upgrade my account again

 upgraded my account from starter to Bronze just yesterday and today I got an email saying that I need to upgrade yet again. I noticed that I have reached the max number of form views but the number of people filling out the form is no where near max. The competition ends next week Friday so I will no longer have use for the form. Is there anyway to continue using the form for submissions without upgrading?
