Infusionsoft Integration Problems Matching Name

    Hello,

    I just signed up for a year long paid plan with you guys.

    I am having a hard time connecting the "Name" fields in infusionsoft to our forms.  They only have options to match FIRST and LAST name....your form does not seem to allow the option to break out first and last name...am I missing something?  Hopefully I am..can you please help?

    The only way to break it would be using two text boxes instead:

    In that way you will be able to map them separately.
