Dropbox: File with special character was not sent to Dropbox.

    In my dropbox/jotform integration, there was a character in the file naming scheme that was not allowed. So, while the submissions were picked up on the web, they were not routed to my dropbox. Is there a way to have jotform generate the files in my dropbox without asking the participants resubmit?

    Editing the submission will re-send the file and PDF attachment with submitted data to Dropbox again. 

    Please provide the edit link to your submitter or if you have the field simply edit the submission on your end and upload the file, this guide will help you to edit a submission on your end: How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

    The edit link you should look like this: https://www.jotform.com/edit/SubmissionID 

    Replace SubmissionID with the ID of the submission you did not receive the file.
