Printing a signed agreement

    Hi!

I see that I can print a submission, but, it only prints a summary of the date, name and signature.

Is there a way to print the entire form with the content as well as the name, date, signature, etc.?

    Thank you!

    Donna

Yes, there is a way to print the entire form together with your respondent's data after submission.

This can be performed through the submission page.

I noticed that you already have a "Print Form" button in your form which is good since it will be part of the process.

Select a submission from the table data grid of the submission page and click "Edit" at the top-right corner of the page. Then, click the "Print Form" button from the form. Your browser's printing option will then appear where you can set the settings on how would you like it to be printed. Change the destination to your printer and print the form with data. Once you're done printing the page, click "Cancel Edit" from the submission page.

See the screenshot below to learn how it is done:

I hope this helps. If you have questions or you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you.
