How do I cancel our membership?

    I had received an email that you all were unable to process our account charge to the credit card on file, and I really just need to cancel the account.  We have not used the service like we thought we would.

    We had just cancelled the attempt to renew this subscription, so you shouldn't receive anymore messages.
