What's the problem with the "Check Box" option not saving?

    Why is it that I can create my form and use the check box option, only to have to reformat the check boxes everytime I access my forms?

    What I mean is, when I create a form I use the check box option. I only need one box "pre-checked" so I set up my form with one box, deleting the other two that automatically show up. I then set the single box up to save as pre-checked. I then save the form and preview and it looks great.

    The problem is that when I access my forms or "edit" the form, I have to reformat the check box everytime, or it will automatically show up as a comepletely unformatted check box, with (3) unchecked boxes as if they were never formatted to begin with. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING> I do not have time to reformat this everytime, and I especially do not enjoy the fact that the folks who fill out my forms encounter the confusion of finding three unchecked boxes when I only require a single check box.

    Please help or fix this in your code.

    Hi Jeff,

    It is because the system recognizes that the box options has null value that's why it will restore back to its default options when re-opened. The best and easiest way to fix it is to add    (html code for blank space) on your check box option so it will be saved forever. Try and let us know if this doesn't help. Thanks!
