When I go to my form, it shows it as with HTML window open on my Tab on my Facebook page.  Are my fans seeing that too?

In addition to my answer upon checking your form into your facebook page, I don't find any error or problem into your page.

To answer your first response, yes, I did re-embed it using the iFrame method but it still popping up when I open it on my Facebook page, to the "HTML" edit box.  I have to actually go to the top and click "preview" to see what it looks like.  Is that normal?  Is it doing that because I'm the page "administrator"?

To answer your second response, when you say you didn't see a problem, does that mean you saw the form when you clicked on my "Senior" tab set up on the Facebook page?  Because again, when I click it doesn't show me the form, it opens right up to the "HTML" edit window.
