    2 things.

     

    1. The wrong credit card was charged. I'd like a refund and I'd like the credit card on file with this account to be charged.

     

    2. I was charged for a years worth of service and it should be month to month.

     

    Please help me with this.

    I have cancelled your Bronze Yearly subscription and refunded the last payment you made to us ($157.92).

    Your account now is back on Free Plan. Please upgrade again your account to the desired plan (Bronze) using the correct credit card. Please also ensure that you have selected the desired Payment Schedule for your subscription (Monthly).
