I am keeping track of a "names list" for my fraternity. Each member in my fraternity will add to this form from my chapter portal, but I want my chapter to later be able to update or edit the submission later via my website.
What is the best method to update or edit a submission without having to email the submission to the member or without having to log into jotform?Page URL:

Presently, the only way I can think of to provide a user with a way to edit their own submission without having to email the member or without them having to login to JotForm would be to include in the "Thank You" message they see after submission of the form, a URL (internet address) they can go to to edit the submission. (The user should be told to copy and bookmark the URL for future use.)
However, just to be clear, when you say "... without having to email the submission to the member ..." are you just referring to using the Forward button on the Submissions page of the form? Because an autoresponder can be setup to email each of the form's users a copy of their submission, as explained in Creating a Form Autoresponder in the Form Emails section of our user guide. The same URL mentioned in the previous paragraph (or preferably just a link to the submission) can be included in the message.
