Textboxes not showing up in pdf

Hello, I also have areas that are just text boxes that I would like to show up on the PDF version. I followed your directions of making sure that the "Auto Hide Empty Fields" is unchecked but the text areas still do not show up on the PDF....any idea on why it isn't working? 

Any help that you can give is much appreciated. Thanks!

To our understanding you've followed a previous thread similar to this issue to try to have your textboxes displayed within your pdf.
