I am trying to create a new form and work with designer, but there is a message which keeps popping up which reads not authorized to make changes.
This is our jot form site and I am the primary user.
Can you assist?

I have checked your JotForm in your account and it seems to be working properly. Are you trying to integrate any app from the integrations and experiencing the issue? If not, the login session of your JotForm account may have been expired. Please try logging again to your account. You may also try logging into a private/incognito window to see if that works properly.
