Is there a feature to prevent multiple submission of the same email address or phone number?

Saludos necesito saber si los formularios tiene alguna opcion para evitar que en el mismo formulario... se envien los mismos datos en un campo...ej: evitar que enviean dos veces el mismo mail o el mismo telefono etc...tienen esa fucnion?
