    Your forms are shared with your by another user "rabbidavid".  That is the account that is over limit and needs to be upgraded.  If you would like, we can cancel and refund the subscription applied to your account since it looks like it was created in error.

    the user "rabbidavid" no longer exists.

    sbogad should be the owner of the account and that is who just upgraded

    I am sbogad

    I am using all of the forms and I am paying for the account.

    Please clarify.

    If you look at the "My Forms" page of your account and click on "My Forms" you will see there are no forms in your account:

    You will also see "Shared with you" and a folder titled "rabbidavid".  Clicking on that folder will show the forms that were shared with your by that user.

    Since the forms in their account are over limit, upgrading your account has not affect on their limits, even though the forms are shared with you.

    This is very distressing. How can I make all of the forms MY FORMS or how can I make the rabbidavid account MY ACCOUNT. Did I upgrade the wrong account? What can I do? It will be a disaster if I lose all of the forms.!

    We can move all the form from the rabbidavid account to your account.  This would require logging in to the rabbidavid account and making the request from there since we can only move forms at the request of the account that has the forms.  Create a new post from that account letting us know you would like the forms moved and we will be happy to take care of it. 

    We can also cancel and refund the subscription for your account and you can upgrade the rabbidavid account.

    I checked the rabbidavid account and all forms have been moved.  Let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
