Hello,
I am building my website on the Wix platform.
I added the form using the embed source code option. The form is on the following page for the time being:
http://jenniferfontaine.wixsite.com/kerem-hanci-photo/pricing
the "test" confirmation page is http://jenniferfontaine.wixsite.com/kerem-hanci-photo/thank-you
The form submits fine, but it does not take the user to the confirmation page.
Please help! -

I cloned your form to test it and it redirects to the thank you page without issue. When I tested your embedded form though, it did not. There may be something in your page conflicting with the form, using the source code leaves the form open to this. Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:
https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
That should allow for the thank you page to properly load in the frame.

Thank you for the reply David.
I tried all the different ways to incorporate the form and I think Wix has a conflict with the way things work.
Is there a way to add links to the design of the form, so if I were to send the user to JotForm site, and for some reason the user would rather get back to my site, they could without hitting the back button? -

You could add a link to your site within the form or change your forms thank you page to your website. Adding your form using the iFrame code should allow the thank you page to work properly though. If you try using that method and would like for us to take another look, let us know and we will be happy to do so.

I did try it with iframe, but it still did not work.
Here is the link to it:

Thank you -

Can you try removing the script part of the iframe code of your form when you embed it and see if that helps get rid of the conflict?
With regards to your question about adding links to your form, you can do that using Text.
