You have two issues so we'll start with the first here since you mentioned you're having an issue with receiving your email notification after your form has been submitted.
I checked your account and email notification and that looks good there but, you don't have any submissions so you'd need to fill in your form and send a submission to yourself to test it accurately to check if you receive them.
If you continue to have a problem with that just let us know.
And as for your other question about not being able to see your form(s) I have moved that to this new thread over here as a secondary question.
