    How can I check for trouble with receiving an email notification after my form is submitted?

    im having trouble receiving my email confirmation after submission.

    And also when I login to my account I cannot see  my forms

    You have two issues so we'll start with the first here since you mentioned you're having an issue with receiving your email notification after your form has been submitted.

    I checked your account and email notification and that looks good there but, you don't have any submissions so you'd need to fill in your form and send a submission to yourself to test it accurately to check if you receive them.

    If you continue to have a problem with that just let us know.

    And as for your other question about not being able to see your form(s) I have moved that to this new thread over here as a secondary question.
