Why my account is overcharged and downgraded?

    As a long-term jotform customer I had no problem when I first started out you upgraded me to the $9.99 plan because I was accepting forms for payments now you guys have bumped my plan all the way up to $99 a month... this is unacceptable customer service I should have been grandfathered in as a old Customer because at first I started it was free then it was 9.99 and now its $99 a month. Almost all the work I do are for non-profit organizations and my time is donated. The biggest thing that I am extremely upset about is that you gave me no consideration that I was an old customer and paid my $10 a month without complaining when you upgraded me the first time now you're upgrading me for a second time and not just a little jump this is a 1000% jump. I can understand charging brand new customers this week but I have been a customer for a long time and when I was told that I needed to go ahead and clear out some of my forms to continue the service I did as I was told and now you're cancelling my service I'm extremely upset.

    I'm sorry that you feel upset, but I checked your account and I see that your last package was Monthly Bronze for 19$ as you can see in Billing page. So I'm not sure how you got 99$ package. Also your last package subscription for this package was on 25th of April. 

    If you're not referring to some other account please let us know and we will see what we can do since you are our old customer.
