How to refresh the form for the next custom upon submission

Thank you, that worked. Now I need customers to be able to fill out the
form on our ipad. What platform do you suggest i publish the form on. I
want them to be able to submit the form and then refresh the form for
the next customer.

If you have a web page, you can embed your form on it.

The form can be also used by its direct JotForm link. It is also possible to place the form link to the form Thank You Message, so that the next user will be able to access a blank form.
