I don't get any notifications from the form when using SMTP

I have setup email notifications to be sent from our SMTP.  When I set up our SMTP it said I was successful but when I try the form I don't get any notifications unless I put the setting back to noreply@jotform.  We want to make this change because many of the people who receive notification within our organization end up on the bounce list.  We remove them and they show back on the list a few days later.  Any help would be appreciated.

You can avoid getting into our bounce list by just doing the following:

    1. On each email accounts, make sure to add noreply@jotform.com to the safe sender list or contact list.

    2. Whitelist Jotform's entire list of IP Addresses and Mailserver domains. You can find our list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

You can check the following guide for more information on the bounce email issues:

As for the SMTP, as far as I can tell, you are using an incorrect credential. I've checked your WHOIS details, your domain is hosted with HOVER.com. Please try the following SMTP details:

    Email Address: <your @gcchapel.org email>

    Host Name: mail.hover.com

    Port: 465

    Username: <your @gcchapel.org email>

    Password: <your @gcchapel.org email password>

    Security Protocol: SSL

Please ask your hosting provider for the correct SMTP if the above won't work.
