Having username of JotForm account change

Hello!

I had asked a few weeks ago regarding getting the username of this JotForm account changed as I am passing it on to another member of our organization.  I was told this is doable but unfortunately I cannot find how to respond to the original support question! Here is a list of acceptable usernames for the change:

1. lidajotform

2. lidaregistration

3. lidaforms

4. lidasignup

We have changed the account name from 'JMSlomin' to 'lidaforms'.
