Contract won't resize on mobile

Hello! 

I have three forms embedded on my site. Two of them resize normally on mobile, one does not and is unusable. It can't be pinched and resized, either. I'm not sure what's causing the difference, but I'm sure it's on the form end of things and not a website page problem. Any suggestions?

Please go to the "Form Layout" section of "Advanced Designer", and checked the checkbox "Make this form responsive":
