PayPal Sandbox query

Hi Support

I've setup a Form Calculation field and linked payment to my business sandbox a/c with PayPal.

The problem is that whilst the PayPal function works perfectly the form doesn't get sent!

Is this because it is operating withing the sandbox environment and it is not meant to be sent ?

I ask because I deleted the Form Calculation field with the PayPal link and the form worked perfectly in that I received both client and business email confirmations on a test.

Hello Brian,

Did you make actual payments using your sandbox accounts too? Note that you have to complete the payment process on Paypal sandbox environment before you will receive the submissions notification. Same with making live payments, the user has to complete the payment process in order for the submissions to be sent.

Thanks for your help. I've completed another form and test payment through the sandbox and everything runs perfectly as far as the payment is concerned but still no sign of the completed form.

So I then look at the instructions on the link you provided and my Payments Wizard page does not have the PayPal Username / Password and Signature fields as shown.

Where do I find these?

To check your Username/Password and Signature please go to wizard button on your payment form:

So when you add PayPal field to your form it's on the right hand side.

In the new window you will be able to edit those fields:
