Do jotforms integrate with Shopify orders?

I have a Shopify store and am wondering if I place a jotform image uploader into my product page, will that image that was uploaded integrate into the product ordered, or will it be separate from the order? I currently do not use jotform but am considering it.

You can embed/add JotForm to your Shopify website.

If you used Order/Payment tool in your form (i.e. Purchase Order or Paypal) that transaction will be a stand alone transaction to your form only. Meaning, it will not integrate with your existing Shopify order/payment system.
