Havent heard back from previous ticket...

Hello, I submitted a ticket and never heard back. I pay your company money, is there a human being who has the decency to pick up the phone and assist a customer?

Our forms are not showing up because we get a great deal of spam from other countries, I need to block them. If I cant do it with you, I will look to another provider.
