In my Senior Honors Choir competition, I've got a submission with an mp3 that gets this message when I click on it:
By October 1st, I should be getting a total of 100 entries from our seven competitions and I hope to not be running into this problem. Can you help??!!!!

It's highly probable that the file is corrupted which may have been due to an incomplete upload or prematurely cut off upload when the user made the submission. This sometimes happens when at the time of the submission, there was a problem with the internet connectivity between the user and the server.
I would recommend to contact the person who uploaded the file and ask from him to submit the file again to you.
