Question about Google Spreadsheet

Hi,one of the Jot forms I have put together, I am having the entires export into a Google Spreadsheet (which works awesome...love that feature).  However, if I delete a record (or more) from the spreadsheet for whatever reason, it reappears the next time a NEW entry is added.  Is there anyway to prevent this?
