i do not believe i am on the bounce list after reviewing the materials you have referenced with links
i cant seem to figure out the stuff about white list
would you please advise
Your email address is in the bounce. This is the reason why you're not getting email notifications.
I have removed it from the bounce list now. You should be able to receive new notifications now.

i thought i had this under control
i looked and the email bounce list was empty
please advise....how did i miss it
You have to enter your email address and check if it's on the bounce list. You have the option to click the remove button to fix it.
You are using Gmail and Jotform doesn't have any issues with Gmail at all. I think your email address was bounced listed because of the autoresponder email. I can see that you are using your own Gmail address as the sender email in the autoresponder settings. Your form submitter then filtered your autoresponder as spam causing it to bounce back.
I have reverted your sender email to email@example.com. Please keep it this way. If you want to use your Gmail as the sender, we highly recommend using the SMTP method as explained in the guide below.
