Why my account is blocked with "Form over quota" error?

I have a free account and it was blocked last Friday. But yesterday I got 75 more submissions so is there a chance to unblock my forms?

The forms I need the most are the following:

You can upgrade to a paid plan that allows you more monthly submissions, or wait until the first day of each month for the counter to reset.
