My account was temporary suspended due to possible phishing

    Hi, 

    I can assure you that there was no phishing on my account. I spent a lot of time today adding to my forms, setting conditions, and setting up my systems so everything should work. Please re-instate my account asap.

    Your form https://form.jotform.com/62678083922161 was the reason for the auto suspension of the account and forms.

    It has field that ask for account credit card information which violates the Terms of Use.

    I suggest you remove those fields on your form and any other similar fields to avoid getting suspended.

    I have re-activated your account for now so that you can correct this.

    Make sure to correct them immediately because the Phishing detector will suspend the account again once it detects that there are unwanted/illegal questions/fields on your form.
