I was using Auto Fill for a while an it was work great. now it does not work anymore. It is enabled in the advanced settings.

I have checked the Auto Fill option on your form and it worked well on my side.
Do you use the same browser to access the form? The data is being stored in a browser local storage, so it is browser specific.
