I need to create an input box that will open a specific page depending on the input

i.e my domain is "www.mypage.com" I have a single input box and if you enter "example" I want it to take you to www.mypage.com/example.html

 Any help would be much appreciated

You can achieve this using the Condition Logic on the Thank You redirect.
