Submissions seem to be disappearing from my forms

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that the submissions from your form is being deleted automatically?

I did check your last edited form and found that it does not have any submission. I went ahead and submitted a test submission and the submission were not deleted. 

I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. If you mean to ask something else, do get back to us with your question a bit more in detail.
