I've found out (the hard way) that the email notifications are not being received. I have checked with our IT people to ensure it wasn't a spam issue, and they say they have not received an email from jotform last week (but we did have a form submitted).
Can you look into this please? It has been a regular issue over the last 6 months.

The three email recipients on your form were all added in the bounce list, which is why you were not receiving email notifications. I have now removed them from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.
