I received an email stating that I need to update my account. I need more information about this please.

I would like to inform you that you will not lose the forms currently in your account. You will not see any changes in all the forms that you have and you will still be able to access all of them. However, you will not be able to create new forms, clone, or restore deleted ones. If you want to create new forms, then you will need to upgrade to the appropriate plan.
