Cancel my subscription.

    Hi,

    I would like to cancel my subscription and use the free version of jotform. It won't let me cancel on the page and told me to contact customer support. Please cancel the subscription as soon as possible.

    I checked your account and it looks like you have already cancelled the subscription successfully. Your account samit96 is scheduled to downgrade back to Free on September 30th, 2016.

    Since you were using paypal, I would also recommend cancelling the subscription on your paypal account. Here's a guide on How To Cancel Your PayPal Subscription.
