Email form to person

    Is it possible to email form to a person where the person filling out the form name is auto filled based on the information I put in the send field?

    If you want to send mail to a person based on a field; you could simply do this.


    First click "Emails" button in your form designer.

    2)Click "Create New Email" button in the panel.

    3) Select Autoresponder Email f


    4) Change tab to "Recipients" and select the e-mail field that your customers will fill their emails.

    Also you can change e-mail template in email tab.

    Actually what I mean is what if I want to email my form to three different people but when they are filling out the form, have the form auto populate or stamp (unchangeable) their name and email based on what I put in already for the recipients when I sent the form to my list of three (or more) people so when I get it back, I already know who I sent it to and they wouldn't have had to fill those fields out. 

    I am also wanting to do this to make sure the person I am sending it to cannot put another persons name in the form.

    Is this possible and if so is it able to be scheduled and sent to a list of people?

    Thank you for additional information. First of all, I want to confirm what I understand from your request. You want to send the email to three different people which have default values that you've already identified before. If It is yes, you can create three email field with default values as you see below:

    Then, you can set read-only function to them.

    After that you can create three different autoresponders by selecting those fields for those values:
