How do I retrieve my username?

    Hi,

     

    You can simply reset your password to login your account and find your username. 

     

    First click Login button in www.jotform.com

    After that click (Forgot Password?) link.

    Then fill your e-mail info and send reset informations.

    Now you can find your information and login to JotForm.
