I received an email of form completion by a customer, but several items were missing from the form including payment confirmation. How do I reinstate the functional payment field. I cannot find a tutorial on use of payment field.
I have edited the form and cloned the form and put the clone on the website in an effort to fix. It says I have a payment field, so cannot add another, though there were 2 of them before I edited.
I had kept things as simple as possible so just have a 'Click here for membership form" on the site.

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/32005664457150 and I can see none of the fields is required so if your users decide to not fill, for example, the payment field then they will not be redirected to PayPal, the submission will be sent always, but no payment record will be generated.
Regarding to add more than one payment field to a form, it is not possible, if you would like to add another payment gateway to your form then the previously added must be removed.
Please set the needed fields as required, once you do that those fields should not be missing in the submissions.
