I made two Bronze payment of the same pack, and I have no more space if they can cambiaar need the pack to beofre with the same pay.

If you move from Bronze to Silver, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the different between your current subscription and the new subscription.
Since your account is over limit for form views, if you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.
As for the two charges, it looks like some how you were charged a promotional price for the Bronze subscription that should not have been available. The second charge was the rest of the cost of the Bronze subscription. If there was a reason the promotional price was applied to your account, let us know and we will be happy to refund the difference.
