Why my submissions are deleted?

Hello,

Material has been deleted from our forms. We use to have over 1,000 submissions and now they are gone how can we retrieve our information. No one has went in and deleted this info so we have no clue what has happened to all of our material

So I'm not sure how you saw that they are deleted. You can try to Clear your Browser's cache maybe that will help.
