It seems that you need to have at least one active form to be able to run the data export.
I was able to reproduce the issue, so I have forwarded a ticket to our developers.
I have temporarily enabled your form (it is now disabled again) and run the export option. Please allow it some time to generate an archive. You should receive an email once the export is complete.
