Actually I have 100MB of total space and I'm reaching my limits. What is that? How can I manage this space?

I have just checked your account, and I am able to see your account is scheduled to downgrade on September 27th, 2016. The reason is "Overlimit".
The free account gets 100 MB of available space. On your form the files of 102 MB has been uploaded by Form submitters.
I would suggest you to either upgrade your plan, or go to your submissions page and delete uploaded files or uploaded attachments to free up some storage space.
